Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment Leadership Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for both tech and non-tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of exceptional candidates aligned with our growth trajectory Manage high-volume hiring initiatives to support rapid scaling across multiple functions including engineering, product, marketing, sales, operations, and clinical teams Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future anticipated roles Healthcare-Focused Talent Acquisition Source and recruit specialized healthcare professionals including doctors, nutritionists, health coaches, and clinical support staff Identify and attract top Sales Associates with healthcare/wellness industry experience Build networks within the medical weight loss, obesity management, and digital health communities Partner with clinical leadership to understand specialized skill requirements for medical roles Strategic Recruitment Operations Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies leveraging multiple channels including professional networks, healthcare associations, and digital platforms Design and implement recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen Elevate Now's employer brand in the competitive healthcare startup landscape Drive employee referral programs and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships Startup-Focused Talent Strategy Collaborate with founders and department heads to understand rapidly evolving talent needs in our high-growth environment Build talent acquisition processes and frameworks suitable for an early-stage, fast-paced startup culture Ensure cultural fit assessment while maintaining high standards for technical and domain expertise Support onboarding initiatives to ensure seamless integration of new hires Required Qualifications Experience & Background Minimum 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition with demonstrated success in high-volume hiring environments Healthcare/Wellness Industry Experience : Previous recruitment experience in healthcare startups, medical technology companies, or wellness platforms is highly preferred Sales & Customer-Facing Roles : Proven track record of recruiting Sales Associates, Customer Success Representatives, or Health Coaches Early-Stage Startup Experience : Experience recruiting for startups in Series A/B stage with 50-200+ employees Core Competencies Strong analytical mindset with ability to assess both technical capabilities and cultural alignment in a mission-driven healthcare environment Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders from clinical professionals to technology leaders Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments typical of scaling startups Results-oriented approach with track record of meeting aggressive hiring targets and timelines Technical Skills Proficiency with modern ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment marketing tools Experience with healthcare-specific job boards and professional networks Understanding of technical roles in health-tech/med-tech environments (beneficial but not mandatory) Preferred Qualifications Previous recruitment experience specifically with Health Coaches, Nutritionists, or Wellness Professionals Experience recruiting Sales Associates for B2C healthcare or wellness products Background in medical device, digital therapeutics, or telehealth companies MBA or relevant certification in Human Resources Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in healthcare settings Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements for healthcare staffing What Makes This Role Unique?
