Key Roles & Responsibilities

Develop & Execute Digital Strategy

Design and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to healthcare audiences, including patients, doctors, and health partners.

Brand Visibility & Positioning

Strengthen brand presence across digital platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Healthcare Portals, etc.) by driving impactful content and campaigns.

Lead Generation & Patient Acquisition

Plan and optimize performance marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, Display Ads) to boost lead generation and increase patient inquiries.

Content Leadership

Collaborate with medical teams to create engaging digital content such as blogs, awareness campaigns, video scripts, wellness tips, infographics, and patient success stories.

Website & SEO Optimization

Ensure website performance, user experience (UX), and search engine rankings are consistently optimized for traffic growth.

Social Media Strategy & Engagement

Manage social media presence with creative storytelling, campaign calendars, and real-time engagement to build trust and community.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with clinical, business development, and customer care teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.

Stay Ahead of Trends

Constantly explore emerging healthcare digital trends, telehealth marketing strategies, AI-driven personalization, and omnichannel engagement.

✔ Experience in digital marketing within healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical or wellness sectors

✔ Strong understanding of patient journey funnels

✔ Creative thinker with an analytical mindset
