Job Description

As a Telecom Sales Manager at our company based in Okhla - New Delhi, you will be responsible for leading business development and sales initiatives in the telecommunications sector. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in this field, you will drive sales for a variety of telecom solutions, including 4G/5G networks, IoT, ISP services, BSS/OSS platforms, RBT, and VRBT. Your expertise in customer engagement and achieving sales targets will be essential in this role. Your primary responsibilities will include managing end-to-end sales cycles for various telecom solutions, developing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base, and building a strong sales pipeline through direct customer engagement and collaboration with partners. You will also be required to engage with telcos, ISPs, MVNOs, and enterprise clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions. Additionally, you will participate in industry events to promote our offerings and stay updated on industry trends. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA would be advantageous. Your experience of 5 to 7 years in telecom sales or business development, particularly with 4G/5G solutions, IoT, ISP services, and BSS/OSS platforms, will be crucial. Knowledge of VAS, especially RBT and VRBT, is highly desirable. Key skills required for this position include a strong understanding of telecom technologies and services, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and engage with C-level executives. Experience with sales forecasting, CRM tools, and reporting will be beneficial. Additionally, certifications in telecom, cloud, or IoT domains would be preferred.
