Key Responsibilities:

• Telecalling Setup & Optimization:

  Build and manage a scalable, data-driven telecalling system for high-volume sales operations.

• CRM & Sales Strategy:

  Oversee CRM usage for lead management, sales automation, and performance tracking. Define strategies to maximize conversion and funnel velocity.

• Team Leadership:

  Recruit, train, and manage a dynamic team of promoters and telecallers, fostering a results-driven culture.

• Revenue Growth:

  Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies for premium services and D2C products.

• Performance Management:

  Set clear KPIs, coach teams for success, and ensure consistent achievement of targets.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience leading and scaling large telesales teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proven expertise in setting up or enhancing telecalling operations for service or consumer-tech businesses.
• Strong command of

  CRM systems
