Job Description

The Tele calling Head will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing the tele calling team to achieve business objectives through effective planning, execution of calling strategies, and performance monitoring. The role involves driving lead conversions, ensuring customer satisfaction, training team members, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the tele calling team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Develop and implement effective calling strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Train, guide, and mentor team members to enhance communication skills, objection handling, and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
• Develop calling scripts, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
• Handle escalations and resolve complex customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Forecast manpower requirements and participate in recruitment and onboarding of tele callers.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, telecalling ethics, and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecalling/telemarketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing telecalling teams.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle targets, and meet deadlines consistently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,354.00 - ₹30,243.00 per month
