We directly connect tenants with property owners, eliminating brokers and offering modern features like 360° virtual tours, online rent payment, tenant verification, and more. Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecalling Executive – Customer Support to join our in-office team. You will play a key role in handling incoming and outgoing calls, guiding users, resolving queries, and supporting clients. Female candidates are preferred , though the role is open to all qualified applicants. Key Responsibilities: Make and receive calls to assist customers and property owners Explain FlatX services clearly and guide users through listing processes Handle queries via phone, WhatsApp, or email with a polite and helpful approach Follow up with leads and ensure smooth onboarding Maintain updated records in Google Sheets/CRM tools Coordinate with the support and technical teams when needed Build a trustworthy relationship with users and resolve issues on time Desired Candidate Profile: Female candidates preferred , but all may apply Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus) Friendly, patient, and persuasive tone on calls Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Google Sheets) Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or voice process roles Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn Perks and Benefits: Fixed monthly salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 Incentives based on conversions and performance Work closely with startup founders and experienced mentors Certificate of employment and long-term career growth Collaborative team culture and hands-on learning opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
