Job Description

Make outbound/inbound calls to parents, explain programs & fees, generate and qualify leads, fix visit appointments, follow up prospects, update CRM/Excel, coordinate with counselors, meet call targets, and ensure a positive parent experience.

Required Candidate profile

12th/Graduate, 1–3 yrs telecalling/inside sales (edu a plus). Good Hindi/English, CRM basics, target-driven. Confident, polite, disciplined, willing to learn, high-call role, immediate joiners.
