Job Location:- Udyog Vihar Phase 4 Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sourcing: Identify and generate leads for gold loans through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and marketing activities. Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to potential customers, explain the benefits of gold loans, and address their queries. Needs Assessment: Understand the customer's financial situation and requirements to determine their suitability for a gold loan. Sales & Persuasion: Present the gold loan product and persuade customers to apply for a loan. Lead Management: Maintain and update lead databases, track customer interactions, and follow up on leads. Customer Service: Handle inbound calls from customers, provide support, and resolve their issues. Application Support: Assist customers with the loan application process, including providing necessary documentation and guidance. Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements related to gold loans. Required Skills: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively explain complex financial products. Persuasion & Sales Skills: Ability to effectively pitch products, build rapport with customers, and close deals. Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues. Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of gold loans, including features, benefits, and eligibility criteria. Lead Management Skills: Ability to manage and track leads effectively using CRM software. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers and CRM systems. Sales Reporting Skills: Ability to prepare and submit accurate sales reports. Desired Experience: Prior experience in tele-sales or tele-calling, particularly in the financial services industry (e.g., gold loans, personal loans) is preferred. Proficiency in Regional language Ie ( Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam , kannada and Marathi ) Experience in customer service and sales is also beneficial.
