Role 1: Tele Collection Executive As a Tele Collection Executive, your responsibilities include contacting customers to collect overdue payments. negotiating repayment plans. maintaining accurate records of interactions. Strong communication and negotiation skills. empathy, and the ability to handle difficult situations are crucial. you'll need to adhere to relevant regulations. work towards achieving collection targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.  Preferred Languages: Hindi (Mandatory), English - Manageable, + any southern language (Tamil, Teulgu, Malayalam, Kannada.)
