Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently.
• Clearly communicate information and handle objections if any.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
• Work towards achieving daily and weekly calling targets.
• Collaborate with the sales/support team when needed.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / B.A / BBA / B.Sc / B.Tech etc.)
• Strong verbal communication skills (in English, Hindi, or regional language).
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Polite, confident, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
