Job Description

Pre Sales Executive / Telecaller for Ashar projects - Thane location.

Experience: Min. 6 months / Fresher

Lead Generation

  1. Calling new leads generated through marketing, portals, and referrals.
  2. Qualifying customers based on project eligibility criteria.

Lead to Walk-in Conversion

  1. Generating site visits for Ashar projects as per internal guidelines.
  2. Coordinating with the sales team for scheduled visits.
  3. Achieving monthly targets for site visit generation and lead conversions.

Call Quality

  1. Following the latest calling script and project guidelines.
  2. Maintaining clear, confident, and polite communication with customers.
  3. Strong convincing skills with effective objection handling.
  4. Ensuring professional and customer-focused interactions.

Qualifications

  1. Candidates with excellent communication skills and relevant telecalling or real estate experience are welcome even if they are 12th pass.
  2. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email) required.
