Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads
Explain real estate projects, pricing, and offers to customers
Generate site visit appointments and follow up with interested clients
Maintain and update client details in CRM or Excel
Handle customer queries professionally and politely
Coordinate with sales team for closures
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets
Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
Ability to convince and negotiate with clients
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM preferred
Comfortable with target-based work
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
