Job Responsibilities:

Call potential clients using the provided database.

Pitch Grand Ortuss services clearly and effectively.

Understand client requirements and qualify leads.

Coordinate with the pre-sales and sales teams to schedule meetings

Maintain records of calls and update client details accurately.

Follow up with prospects as needed to drive engagement and conversions.

Gather continuous feedback with existing clients and drive sales through them as well.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Freshers to 3 years in telecalling or a similar role. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Tech Understanding: Should be comfortable discussing basic tech services and solutions.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi is a must.

Convincing Skills: Ability to engage and persuade clients confidently.

Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
