Our team is energetic, target-driven, and passionate about helping individuals build successful careers. ⸻ Job Responsibilities • End-to-end recruitment for sales and lead generation roles. • Sourcing and shortlisting candidates from job portals like Apna, WorkIndia, Jobhai, Indeed, and other sources. • Screening and scheduling interviews for freshers and experienced candidates (12th pass, pursuing graduation, graduates). • Maintaining candidate database and ensuring smooth onboarding. • Handling basic backend support tasks related to recruitment and daily HR activities. • Developing innovative methods to attract relevant candidates and reduce hiring time. • Coordinating with the management team to understand manpower requirements. • Ensuring candidates are well-informed about the company’s policies and job responsibilities. ⸻ Key Requirements • Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience in recruitment (especially mass hiring/fresher hiring). • Strong experience in sourcing candidates from Apna, WorkIndia, Jobhai, Indeed (not limited to premium portals like Naukri/Monster). • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle high-volume hiring for sales & backend roles. • Good organizational and documentation skills. • Must be comfortable with work from office. ⸻ Qualifications • Any Graduate / Post Graduate (preferred, not mandatory). • Prior experience in BPO / sales hiring will be an advantage. ⸻ What We Offer • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. • Friendly and growth-oriented work environment. • Opportunity to work with a fast-growing brand and build strong recruitment expertise. ⸻ Job Details • Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office • Experience: 1.5 – 2 years minimum
