Job Title: Telecalling Executive Location: Bareilly Department: Sales / Client Acquisition Employment Type: Full-time --- About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team in the stock broking sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, promoting our trading and investment products, and assisting clients in opening trading and demat accounts. This role requires excellent communication skills, financial awareness, and a passion for helping clients make informed investment decisions. --- Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote company’s stock broking services and products. Explain trading account features, brokerage structures, and investment options clearly and professionally. Assist clients with the process of account opening, KYC documentation, and platform onboarding. Generate leads, maintain client databases, and follow up regularly to convert prospects into active customers. Provide accurate information regarding market trends, investment plans, and company offerings (as per compliance guidelines). Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals. Handle client queries courteously and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Maintain records of calls and sales, and prepare daily / weekly performance reports. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for seamless client servicing and issue resolution. --- Key Skills & Competencies Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain financial products in a clear and convincing manner. Customer-centric approach with persuasive selling skills. Basic understanding of stock markets, trading platforms, and investment products. Good organizational and follow-up abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. --- Qualifications & Experience Education: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Finance, or Business preferred). Experience: 6 months–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or client acquisition—preferably in stock broking, BFSI, or financial services sector. --- Compensation: Competitive salary with attractive incentives based on performance. --
