Telecalling Executive

Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Fundraising Department: Fundraising Reporting To: Telecalling Team Lead / Deputy Manager – Fundraising Job Summary:The Telecalling Executive – Fundraising will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing donors over the phone to raise awareness about The Akshaya Patra Foundation’s initiatives and encourage financial contributions. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to inspire individuals to support the cause. Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound fundraising calls to individuals, existing donors, and potential supporters. Clearly communicate The Akshaya Patra Foundation’s mission, vision, and programs to inspire donations. Achieve assigned fundraising and call conversion targets on a monthly basis. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with donors, ensuring donor satisfaction and retention. Update donor details, call logs, and outcomes accurately in the CRM system. Handle inbound donor calls, queries, and requests with empathy and efficiency. Participate in campaign planning, donor engagement activities, and special fundraising drives. Collaborate with the fundraising and communication teams to improve donor outreach strategies. Follow data protection and confidentiality guidelines strictly. Required Skills & Competencies:Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (additional regional languages preferred). Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone. Passion for social causes and willingness to represent the organization’s mission with integrity. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined in meeting goals. Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems. Team player with good listening and problem-solving abilities. Qualification & Experience:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, fundraising, customer service, or sales preferred.
