Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecalling Agent, based in Belgaum. The Telecalling Agent will engage with customers over the phone to address inquiries, provide information, and promote products or services. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer records, following up on leads, resolving customer questions or concerns, and achieving call targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer-focused interaction, and timely reporting to ensure smooth team operations.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls, with efficient query resolution and follow-ups
• Proficiency in record-keeping and maintaining customer databases
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve call targets and meet deadlines
• Experience with telecalling, sales, or customer engagement preferred
• Basic proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite

Requirements

• Good Excel Skills
• Fresher (No prior experience required)
• Fluency in Kannada, English and Hindi languages
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
• Basic computer proficiency
