Job Description

Job Title: Telecalling AgentCompany: KoloLocation: Kochi & Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively make 200+ outbound sales calls daily using an automated dialler system.
  • Pitch Kolo App’s offerings to prospective users and explain the value of joining Kolo's advisory program.
  • Engage with homeowners, interior designers, and construction professionals to drive leads.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, lead data, and CRM entries.
  • Follow-up on warm leads and handle objections with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth lead handover or escalation when required.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of telecalling/tele-sales experience(not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in interior design, construction, or home improvement services is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in Malayalam.
  • Good communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet daily call and conversion goals.
  • Comfortable using dialling systems, CRM tools, and spreadsheets.

Compensation

  • 💼 Structure: 1.8LPA- 2.5LPA (70% Fixed + 30% Performance-Based Variable)
