Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Thane. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about our services, and handling customer queries. The role involves maintaining accurate customer records, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads. The Telecaller will also support sales and marketing efforts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
Experience in telecalling or customer service roles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
Prior experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
