Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for Telecallers. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, promoting financial products such as bank loans and credit cards, answering clients' inquiries, and providing assistance with financial services. Telecallers will also be responsible for maintaining and updating client information and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and persuasion abilities
• Basic understanding of financial products and services
• Ability to handle client inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Good data entry and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and CRM software
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or related field is advantageous
