By focusing on service excellence, faster turnaround times (TATs), and reliable reporting, Labridge enables diagnostic centers to scale operations, reduce costs, and deliver better patient care.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Telecallers located in Panvel. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about our services, answering queries, and obtaining client information. They will also follow up on leads, maintain a detailed log of calls, and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues promptly.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in handling and managing outbound calls
Ability to keep detailed records of calls and interactions
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience in telesales or customer service roles is a plus
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in English and local languages
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field are advantageous
