Role Description

This is a full-time Telecallers role located on-site in Navi Mumbai. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about Labridge's services, and addressing any inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, maintaining client databases, scheduling appointments, and following up with leads. The role also includes supporting the sales team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in making outbound calls and client handling
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Ability to manage and update client databases
Effective time management and organizational skills
Prior experience in a customer service or telecaller role is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
