Job Description

We are looking for energetic and persuasive female telecallers to join our front-line communication team. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective and existing clients, explain our services clearly, and ensure a smooth transition of leads to the counselling team. This role is key to boosting student engagement and maintaining the client experience at Abe Services.

Key Responsibilities

Make outgoing calls to prospective clients to explain the company s study abroad services.
Attend to inbound inquiries and provide basic counselling information.
Collect and document relevant client information for further processing.
Coordinate with the education counselling team to pass on qualified leads.
Maintain and update client databases regularly.
Follow up with clients for feedback and service satisfaction.
Support marketing or outreach efforts when required.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor s degree is mandatory.
Previous experience as a telecaller or in a similar role within sales or customer support.
Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English and Malayalam.
Good written communication and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-friendly attitude.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with prior experience in the education, service, or telemarketing sector will be preferred.
