Provide accurate information and guide clients through the service offerings. Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM or client database with new leads, call outcomes, and follow-up details. Ensure all client interactions are recorded accurately for future reference. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their advertising needs and offering relevant solutions. Provide after-call support and ensure client satisfaction. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving weekly and monthly calling, lead generation, and conversion targets. Actively contribute to the team’s overall performance goals. Reporting & Feedback: Prepare and share daily call reports, lead status updates, and client feedback with the sales/marketing manager. Provide insights on market trends and client responses to improve pitch strategies. Quality & Compliance: Follow the approved calling scripts and adhere to company policies, data privacy regulations, and communication standards.
