Job DescriptionRole: Telecalling Executive, Customer Success & Personal Assistant to the Managing Director Organization: Shree Kameshwari Edutech Pvt. Ltd. About the RoleShree Kameshwari Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a well-groomed, proactive, and highly organized professional to take on a hybrid role combining telecalling, customer success, and executive assistance. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and strong communication skills, involving client interaction, appointment scheduling, and direct coordination with VIP guests, clients, and public figures. The candidate must be confident on calls, able to manage complex schedules, and represent the MD and the organization with poise. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Telecalling Executive / Customer Success Officer:Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients, partners, and stakeholders Conduct telecalling for lead generation, client follow-ups, and appointment scheduling Provide customer support and resolve queries effectively Maintain detailed call records and update CRM systems Ensure high customer satisfaction and a professional interaction experience As a Personal Assistant:Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, personal appointments, and taking appointments Handle all forms of communication, including calls, WhatsApp, and emails Prepare reports, presentations, documentation, and meeting minutes Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders Maintain confidentiality, discipline, and professional conduct at all times As a Celebrity / VIP Coordinator (when required):Assist in coordination with celebrities, influencers, and high-profile guests Arrange logistics, hospitality, and event support as per requirement Ensure smooth communication and coordination during events or appearances QualificationsMale candidates preferred (due to flexible schedules and client-facing requirements) Background in BPO, Telecalling, Customer Success, or Hospitality is highly preferred Fluent in English and Hindi – able to read, write, and speak fluently Strong telephonic communication skills with polite and professional etiquette Well-groomed and presentable personality Energetic, confident, and adaptable to dynamic schedules Required SkillsExcellent telecalling and customer handling abilities Strong appointment management and executive coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and communication apps Strong interpersonal and communication skills (especially with clients and VIPs) Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times Preferred SkillsPrior experience in BPO / Customer Support / Inside Sales / Client Success roles Event coordination or handling VIP clients is an added advantage Familiarity with influencers, spiritual leaders, or celebrity liaisons preferred CompensationCompensation and perks will be discussed during the interview process and will be aligned with the candidate’s profile, experience, and responsibilities handled.
