The Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to connect with potential clients and existing customers, sharing information about our services, and addressing inquiries in a professional manner. The role involves lead generation, maintaining detailed client records, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve outreach goals. Enthusiastic communication and the ability to provide excellent customer experiences are essential for this role. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and local languages preferred. Proven skills in telecalling, lead generation, and customer engagement. Proficiency in organizing and maintaining accurate client interaction records. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently meet targets. Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a similar role is an advantage. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or similar software. Positive attitude, adaptability, and passion for sustainability and renewable energy are highly valued.
