Position

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for product/service promotion
Explain company offerings in a clear and professional manner
Handle customer queries and provide relevant information
Maintain call logs, follow-up records, and customer data
Meet daily/weekly calling targets
Support the team in conversion and lead follow-ups

Requirements:

0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (freshers welcome)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge & ability to handle MS Office
Comfortable with outbound calling
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary & Benefits:

Salary up to 20,000 per month
