Job Description

RNR Systems is looking for energetic and self-motivated Tele Sales Executives (Telecallers) to promote our products and services to businesses. This is a work-from-home role where you will connect with companies, explain our offerings, and generate sales. If you have experience in HR recruitment / bulk calling, it will be considered an added advantage. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and promote RNR Systems’ products and services. Explain product benefits clearly and confidently. Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into paid customers. Maintain daily call records, status of leads, and update reports. Achieve monthly targets and contribute to revenue growth.
