Job Description

About the Role:

We are hiring a Telecaller for our pharmaceutical division based in Ludhiana.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to doctors, chemists, distributors, and clients to promote products, generate leads, and support sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to promote pharmaceutical products and services.
Contact doctors, medical stores, hospitals, and distributors for product promotion and lead generation.
Explain product features, benefits, and offers effectively.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with customers for repeat orders, payments, or feedback.
Maintain and update customer data in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the field sales and distribution team for smooth operations.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly call and sales targets.

Qualifications

Education
: Graduate (preferably from science, pharma, or related background).
Experience
: 1-3 years of telecalling or telesales experience (preferably in pharma or healthcare industry).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Punjabi preferred).
Strong convincing and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
Target-oriented and good at maintaining customer relationships.
