We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and highly motivated Sales Telecaller to support our growing outreach. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, engaging prospective clients, and driving conversions — building strong communication channels between our platform and schools, parents, and educational partners. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective schools, parents, and institutional clients to explain our offerings and generate qualified leads Follow up on leads from campaigns, marketing activities, and referrals Communicate product features, benefits, and value clearly and professionally Build positive relationships to understand customer needs and support onboarding Schedule demos and appointments for the Business Development team Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and customer interactions in CRM Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to improve scripts and conversion strategies Handle inbound queries, resolve basic concerns, and escalate when necessary Share feedback on customer responses, trends, and competitor insights Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory) Experience as a telecaller/telesales executive or similar sales role Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills Strong listening ability with confidence in handling objections Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Basic proficiency in MS Office Why Join AI Ready School?
