Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, referrals, networking, digital platforms, etc.). Meet with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs. Explain policy features, benefits, and premium structures clearly. Recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, motor, general insurance, etc.) based on client requirements. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for renewals, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales and negotiation ability. Customer service orientation. Goal-driven and self-motivated. Ability to explain complex products in a simple way. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred). Prior experience in sales, banking, or insurance is an advantage. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are also welcome. Work Environment: Field and office-based role.
