As a Customer Service Executive / Telecaller at Bharat Matrimony, your role involves reaching out to customers over the phone to sell paid memberships while providing value and building strong relationships. Your key responsibilities include making outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, suggesting the right product, achieving sales targets, explaining product features, addressing customer issues, and sharing customer insights with the team. This full-time position offers a salary of 11,000.00 - 14,000.00 per month plus incentives and is located in Cuttack (College Square) or Bhubaneswar (Jharapada, Bapuji Nagar).
