Job Description

A telecaller promotes products or services, generates sales leads, and handles customer inquiries by making outbound and inbound phone calls, often following specific scripts. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing product information, persuading prospects, updating CRM systems with call details, and reporting sales activities to management. Successful telecallers possess strong communication, negotiation, and listening skills, along with perseverance and adaptability. Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calls:Proactively contact potential customers to introduce products or services, explain benefits, and generate interest.
  • Inbound Calls:Handle incoming calls from existing or potential customers to answer questions, resolve complaints, and provide support.
  • Lead Generation:Identify potential leads and follow up with them to schedule appointments or convert interest into sales.
  • Customer Interaction:Maintain customer information and interaction details in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
  • Sales Support:Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and to persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
  • Information Gathering:Collect valuable feedback from customer interactions to improve products and services.
  • Reporting:Maintain daily call records, create progress reports, and communicate sales performance to team leaders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong persuasive abilities, a knack for negotiation, and the capacity to build rapport with clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to their concerns.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adjust communication style based on social cues and to handle challenging situations, including customer rejection.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and telephone systems.
  • Education: A high school diploma or bachelor's degree is often required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
