We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our financial services team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining investment products (Equity, Mutual Funds, SIP, Insurance), and maintaining strong client relationships. Training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads. Explain financial products and services clearly to customers. Answer customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain a positive relationship with existing and new customers. Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets. Update and maintain client information in the CRM system. Coordinate with the sales team for further conversion of leads.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
