Job Description

Telecallers for IT Recruitment

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to candidates for IT job openings
Explain job roles, company details, and interview process
Screen candidates based on basic IT skill requirements
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain candidate database and call reports
Coordinate with HR recruiters and hiring managers
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in
English
(mandatory)
Any regional language is an added advantage
Interest in
IT recruitment / HR
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer usage
Ability to handle high-volume calls
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
