Telecaller inbound

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Calling:

• Receiving a high volume of calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, explain their benefits, and assess their needs. 

• Lead Generation and Qualification:

• Identifying and qualifying leads through phone conversations, gathering relevant information, and building a pipeline of potential customers. 

• Sales Closing:

• Persuading potential customers to purchase products/services, handling objections, and closing deals over the phone. 

• Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintaining and updating customer information in the company's CRM system, building relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

• Product Knowledge:

• Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the company's products/services to effectively communicate their value to customers. 

• Reporting and Analysis:

• Tracking sales performance, generating reports on call activity and sales results, and identifying areas for improvement. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with customers and building rapport.
