Key Responsibilities

Following up on and recovering overdue payments by contacting clients, negotiating repayment plans, and resolving payment issues.
Maintaining accurate records, meeting collection targets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and providing excellent customer service to resolve disputes
