Your proficiency in spoken and written English, as well as Hindi, will be essential in effectively communicating with a diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Making outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products and services.
• Handling inbound calls from customers to address their inquiries and provide assistance.
• Maintaining a database of customer information and updating it regularly using MS-Excel.
• Collaborating with the sales team to follow up on leads and schedule appointments.
• Conducting customer surveys to gather feedback and improve our services.
• Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meeting daily and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction metrics.
