Responsibilities

• Outbound/Inbound Calling:

• Make

  outbound calls

  to prospective customers from provided databases to introduce our [products/services].
• Receive

  inbound calls

  from interested customers, providing information and addressing their queries.

• Lead Generation & Qualification:

• Generate

  qualified leads

  by gathering essential customer information and assessing their needs.
• Clearly explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.

• Sales & Appointment Setting (depending on role focus):

• Persuade potential customers to purchase products/services directly over the phone.
• Set appointments for field sales executives or relationship managers for further discussions.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly

  call targets

  and conversion rates.

• Customer Service:

• Answer customer questions, resolve basic issues, and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful tone during all customer interactions.

• Database Management & Reporting:

• Accurately record customer information, call details, and outcomes in the

  CRM system

  or designated database.
• Follow up on previous calls and maintain detailed records for future reference.
• Prepare and submit daily call reports to the team leader/manager.

• Product Knowledge:

• Continuously update knowledge about company products/services, promotions, and competitive offerings.
