We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller (Female) to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers looking to start their career in sales and customer service. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing efforts.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries effectively.
Achieve daily and weekly call targets set by the management.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling.
Prepare daily reports on call activities and outcomes.
