Telecaller Executive

As a Tellecaller Executive at Yashka Infotronics Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in organizing Customer Development and marketing activities, along with maintaining an effective sales filing system. Working closely with team management, you will ensure the smooth operation of all administrative and support functions within the sales department, ensuring that active client files are readily available to the sales group. Your responsibilities will include contacting current and potential clients to provide information about our products and services, addressing any inquiries they may have, and understanding their requirements through effective questioning techniques to facilitate deal closures. It is essential to keep the customer database updated and maintained for seamless operations. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be expected to make cold calls or unsolicited calls to gather information or promote the company's offerings. This role may also be referred to as Tele calling executive, telemarketing executive, telemarketer, telesales representative, or telesales agent, depending on the context. To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with a degree in Graduate, business administration, or a related field, along with excellent networking, customer development, and leadership skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and an understanding of new market trends are also highly desirable traits for potential candidates.
