Telecaller Executive

🔑Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  incoming and outgoing calls

  related to Demat accounts
• Assist clients with:
• Demat & trading account opening
• KYC, PAN, Aadhaar, bank linking queries
• Account activation, reactivation, and closure process
• Respond to

  basic stock market queries

  (equity, indices, IPOs, mutual funds – informational only)
• Explain

  trading platforms, mobile apps, and login procedures

• Maintain proper call records and client data

• Follow up with interested customers and leads

• Coordinate with backend/support teams for issue resolution

• Ensure compliance with SEBI and company guidelines

• Provide polite, clear, and professional customer service

Required:

• Minimum qualification

  Graduate preferred

• Good communication skills

  (Hindi/English/regional language)
• Basic knowledge of: Stock market, Demat & trading accounts
• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
• Familiarity with

  CRM systems

  is an advantage
• Freshers welcome (training will be provided)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in

  broking, finance, or banking telecalling

• Sales or customer support background

• Target-oriented mindset
