Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller Executive based in Hyderabad. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, managing inbound and outbound calls, and providing information about real estate offerings. Key tasks include answering inquiries, maintaining customer databases, scheduling follow-ups, and supporting sales team activities. The role requires engaging with clients professionally and delivering excellent customer service to promote the company’s offerings effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in handling calls and managing customer databases
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and client engagement techniques
• Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with real estate or customer service experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred
• Fluency in English and regional languages is a bonus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or communication are a plus
