🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective students and parents through outbound calls and follow-ups
  • Pitch courses, career outcomes, fees, batches, and admission timelines convincingly
  • Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed enrollments
  • Handle objections, negotiate, and close admissions
  • Maintain accurate lead data and daily conversion reports
  • Coordinate with counselors and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets


🔹 Required Profile

  • Proven experience in student admissions / lead conversion
  • Strong persuasion and closing skills
  • Excellent communication in English and local language

  • Comfortable working with targets, and performance metrics
  • Experience with CRM tools and follow-up systems
  • Results-driven, confident, and accountable
