KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social

media.

 Identify customer needs and present suitable product or service solutions.

 Achieve sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory or market segment.

 Maintain a strong sales pipeline and effectively manage leads and prospects.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

 Understand customer requirements and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.

 Provide product information, pricing details, and after-sales support.

 Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any customer complaints or issues.

 Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.

 Conduct presentations and product training sessions for clients and end-users.

 Explain technical specifications and answer customer questions effectively.

 Coordinate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.

 Provide feedback and market intelligence to improve products and services.

 Work closely with the customer support team to ensure timely delivery and resolution of

customer issues.

 Keep abreast of industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.

 Gather market intelligence and provide input for sales and marketing strategies.

 Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

 Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, business administration, marketing, or a

related field (or equivalent experience),

 Proven experience in sales, preferably in a Medical equipment sector. (Fresher’s can also

apply)

 Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.

 Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Willingness to travel as required.

 Hiring at PAN India Level.

 Salary Structure: 1.8 LPA – 4.2 LPA.
