About the Role

Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students and explain the company’s offerings.
• Counsel students on basic details and guide them to connect with senior counsellors.
• Schedule meetings/appointments between students and counsellors.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the system.
• Ensure high conversion of calls into scheduled meetings.
• Handle queries politely and professionally.
• Follow-up with students to confirm attendance for scheduled meetings.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a telecaller/tele-sales/customer service preferred (freshers may also apply).
• Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Strong listening and persuasion skills.
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate.
