• Position: Telecaller Executive
• Education: +2, Bachelor's or Master's preferred
• Experienced candidates in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO are also preferred
• Job location: Mohali, Punjab
• Salary Package: 12-15K
• Full time, Work from Office, Day Shifts
• Shift Timings: 10 am to 6 pm

Mandatory skills:

• Intermediate English speaking skills will also fine for this position
• Good in English, Hindi, and Punjabi Speaking
• Ability to handle the Inbound-Outbound calls related to the products.
• Ability to handle the arrogant customers
• Ability to resolve the queries and complaints of the customers
• Dedicated & Passionate towards work
• Multitasking and a Quick learner
• Patience and flexibility
• Eager to learn new things
• Good convincing skills
• Team management skills
• Basic knowledge of Computer
• Good hands in MS Word and Excel

Roles & responsibilities:

• Handling of Inbound-Outbound calls everyday
• To provide support and resolve the queries, complaints of the customers
• Should clearly communicate with the clients..
• Should have strong convincing skills.
• Should have good customer dealing skills.
• Should have the ability to handle the angry customers.
• Should have strong organizational skills.
• Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling
• Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them
• Must have Telephonic Etiquettes to deal with various type of customers with full confidence.
