Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller Executive located in Ranchi. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues or concerns. The role requires maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on leads, and achieving set targets and goals. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in handling customer inquiries and providing effective solutions Ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions Prior experience in telecalling or a similar role is preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Basic knowledge of computer and telecommunication systems
