About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telesales Caller to join our finance and loan services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining financial products, and converting inquiries into successful loan applications. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and a customer-first approach. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers for personal loans, business loans, vehicle loans, and other financial products. Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly to customers. Generate leads from various sources and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects. Follow up with customers to complete documentation and application formalities. Maintain daily call logs, customer records, and lead status updates. Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and loan conversions. Answer customer queries professionally and resolve issues on time. Coordinate with the underwriting and loan processing teams for quick approvals. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Proven experience in telesales or customer service (finance sector preferred). Strong communication and convincing skills. Ability to handle high call volumes and meet daily/weekly targets. Basic understanding of loans, finance documentation, and eligibility norms. Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
