Job Title: DMS Collection Executive (Work From Home) Location: Remote / WFH Department: Collections / Document Management Key Responsibilities: Contact customers via calls/emails to follow up on pending payments. Explain payment details, resolve queries, and negotiate repayment plans. Update and maintain accurate records of collections in the DMS. Upload and track collection-related documents in the system. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies during documentation. Coordinate with internal teams for escalations or dispute resolution. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets. Generate collection status reports from the DMS for management review. Key Skills Required: Good communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office & documentation tools. Familiarity with DMS or CRM software (preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Target-oriented with problem-solving mindset. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. 0–1 years of experience in collections, customer service, or data/document management (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Prior experience in BFSI/NBFC or recovery roles will be an added advantage.
